Welcome! I'm Shelley King, a multi-passionate creator based in Peterborough, Ontario (Nogojiwanong — "place at the end of the rapids"). Inspired by the natural beauty around me, I create playful, joy-filled experiences and handcrafted treasures that spark creativity and nourish the soul.

My work includes one-of-a-kind collages, handcrafted jewellery, bookmarks, and art cards. Using hand-painted and repurposed papers, natural dyes, inks, and expressive mark-making techniques, I transform richly textured papers into unique works inspired by curiosity, experimentation, and creative play. Every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted to delight, inspire, and bring a little extra joy to its recipient.

Puppetry continues to be at the heart of my creative life. For more than four decades, I've had the privilege of performing for and teaching thousands of people of all ages and abilities.
